getting so fun!

Johanna, my beautiful girl- I love you more than I ever knew I could love anyone.  You are amazing.  I love watching you learn and grow. Sometimes when I am nursing you to sleep, I look at how big you have gotten and I just can't imagine how you ever lived inside of me.  I love our relationship.  You are so attached to me and it makes me feel so special.  I love your smiles when you see me enter the room. I love how you look for me when you can't see me but can hear me talking.  I love your giggles. I love your stubbornness- like when you won't let me clip your fingernails. I love your conversations- you always have a lot to tell me ;) I love nursing you! It is so special to me that I am able to nurse you exclusively for 6 months- I know it is the very best for you and no matter how hard or tiring it is, I am soo happy I am able to do it! You are my dream come true- thank you for making me a mommy!! You are rolling over and almost sitting up all by yourself. You love your exersaucer and are super interested in any sort of toy (or magazine, cup, etc. basically anything that you can get your hands on).  You are just over 5 months old! You just had your first trip- to California to stay with oma & opa.  You actually did really well for your first time sleeping away from home, your first plane ride, your first time being away from me for more than 4 hours.  I am so proud of you! I am feeling so much more confident with you now! I am comfortable taking you on more than 1 trip per day finally.  I am comfortable with you sleeping at other peoples' houses.  You are getting much more fun and so much more predictable.  I love you SO SO much, baby! and I thank Jesus every day that I get to love you!
